Self Administration In Public administration.

Public Administration Deals with Administrative theories, Government and its management, and policies & policymaking with final values which is a group goal and collectivism

Self Administration is self-goal in these personal and, Personnel & Government platforms with value.

Since it is personal to the public it needs compromise of all administrative theories.

A man should know to achieve Maslow's hierarchy needs theory and Alderfer ERG theory.

Like Basic need's, safety, self-esteem, Social needs, Self-actualization, and Alderfer's ERG existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs

Maslow is a structured group platform with a hierarchy of growth and ERG is very much personal.

Self-administration is like programing yourself to attain all these through the available platforms and Government making platforms according to it.

We cannot hold ourselves in a laboratory to achieve all these all times. it needs proper life cycle rotation at proper intervals of needed platforms accordingly.

Basic needs are not equal to existence needs since we are normally below the poverty line per capita income is low overall in a country but my capacity and existence needs are above the developing line. I am eligible to travel on a highway I must not be compelled to travel through the slum always.

Relatedness needs are not included in self-esteem or self-actualization. Everybody is not reserved type and wind. Relatedness means not an

only relationship

it is all-access, whereas social needs are group factors not particular about once private needs. But it is also should not be a wandering factor. It can not be too much hierarchical or too much to and fro in achieving all this.

So it should be taught first to administer him in achieving all this with values from self-goal to valuable group attainment.

In the above Chart, a man analyses fix personal life family and basic needs the basic self-esteem on completion of his teen and find the platform for his existence needs..and comes to analyze fixes his goal for soul growth and partially communicative to society, restructure him and platforms till he attains his soul success. Each soul is unique and every feedback and survey is important.
