Evaluation Process Using the GSM-8 Motivation–Therapy Grid

Tier 1: The evaluation begins by assessing the candidate based on the meaning and values of life as self-defined by the individual. At this initial stage, the candidate is positioned on the GSM-8 grid according to where they perceive themselves in relation to meaning, values, dignity, and motivation.

Tier 2: In the second tier of evaluation, the candidate’s self-defined meaning and values are critically examined and realigned against acceptable ethical, social, and institutional value frameworks, with necessary corrections derived from marginally functioning societal norms. During this phase, elements that undermine dignity, autonomy, or sustainable identity are excluded, or if he can sustain certain things for blooming valid uniqueness before ignorant society, while strengths related to the individual’s unique capacity, ability, passion, and personal power are consciously recognized and integrated. The candidate is then re-positioned on the grid to reflect this corrected alignment.

Tier 3:In the final tier, if the candidate aspires toward higher achievement and attainment, a subsequent evaluation is conducted using the same grid. At this level, enhanced motivation, ethical correctness, and value–meaning coherence are applied in accordance with the increased performance demands. This re-assessment ensures that elevated achievement is pursued without erosion of valued identity, dignity, or psychological stability, thereby maintaining sustainable success within the GSM-8 framework.

Overall Redefinition of GSM Therapy and Value Evaluation Framework

GSM Therapy is an iterative, dignity-centered evaluation and realignment framework designed to assess, correct, and sustain human motivation, achievement, and psychological stability without erosion of valued identity. The framework operates through the GSM-8 Motivation–Therapy Grid, integrating meaning, values, autonomy, and performance within a structured, ethical and societal context.

Foundational Principle

Human achievement and attainment are considered valid and sustainable only when meaning and values remain above defined threshold levels. Motivation, skill, or success cannot compensate for deficits in core value domains.
