The Concept of Self Administration

The world, the countries as organisation and Administration looks to be winning through New Public administration and new public management. As humans most of them end up with unfilled hearts and hence needs a new theory to fulfill everybody's desire aspiration and soul success.

Self Administration helps one to reach soul success leaving foot print to the society by any means such as Personal, Private, Public and Service Administration. It deals about the control of activities to drive one to reach success. At the same time to be in control within a team activity such as organisation, Family, Public, Service, Sports arts etc without affecting the Soul plan of one’s self.

One should be in control of Military academy but winning silver Medal in Olympics is totally under his control.

One single rule:

Self Administration strictly emphasis on the growth of one’s Soul benefited to the Society and Environment through it. It is not dynasty rule winning by declining others but can remove obstacles. Keeping obstacles on other growth is not a characteristic of Self Administration.

The Need for Self Administration

There are various Administrative theory which laid importance on War, Military, Industry, Personal and Public life. Hence needs a new theory to have one control to a person’s all forms of life and his success.

Scientific theory of Taylor was little beneficiary in getting success through wages and motivation. Human behavior theory of Maslow's enhanced it further man are not robots to validate in between time and cost and further added few social needs of a man

Self esteem and Self Actualization were introduced. Person who attained self esteem or self actualization are also needed further enhancement. Like one should not leave his family under poverty line while attaining Self Actualization.

Self actualization without personal life success is incomplete. Self esteem without any benefit to the society is also incomplete.

Socialism is not sharing ones personnel growth or it is not " let’s grow together". It is sharing of resources to some extent. A diamond and a Ruby cannot grow together.

But a percentage of its value can be helped to others in order.
